First BodogFIGHT collapsed, now Canada's Hardcore Championship Fighting is also done. Making money in the MMA business just isn't easy. HCF recently signed some big names like Little Nog and Babalu, and the company was poised to be bought-up by one of the bigger feds and used as a farm system of sorts, but now Keith Crawford is saying the company is no more. This leaves TKO as the only real major MMA fed running in Canada.
the IFL is next. if Elite doesn't do well and is dropped by CBS they could be next too. now if Dana would just scoop up some of the talent and put it into the UFC!!! I don't see Affliction lasting too long either, ditto the org Tim Sylvia signed with run by his manager Monte Cox. I sometimes wonder how strikeforce has lasted so long too.
