There's a possibility the Seattle SuperSonics will trade either Luke Ridnour or Earl Watson because both point guards share similar skills, were disappointing last season, and have three years left on their contracts. LinkThis is the Heat's chance. Both of these PGs have had good shining moments over their careers, but just had bad seasons last year.
I agree, Miami would be the perfect suitor for either of them.. they are still pretty young, and Miami could use younger PGs than Jason Williams and Gary Payton. Cleveland could also use another young PG next to Gibson, considering the fact that Gibson isn't really a 'playmaking' PG.
I don't understand in the article where it says, 'because they share similar skills'. I don't think thats accurate at all, Earl Watson was resigned because he was very different than Luke Ridnour. Ridnour - Quick, flashy PG, makes mistake and is not a good defender Watson - More controlled, defensive PG who doesn't make as much mistakes
