Spurned by Peyton Manning, the Miami Dolphins turned Friday to their backup plan -- backup quarterback Matt Flynn. Sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter that the Dolphins were informed in no uncertain terms that Manning will not sign with them.
