Wow, Elon Musk is really going to extremes to get away from the authoritarian regime of California!

I hope the laws in space suit him better.

Screw them. Giving away America's power to a billionaire. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I never know when people are serious or not, so if joking, disregard.
This launch of SpaceX is in conjunction with NASA. Basically, I believe, nasa realized its be cheaper for them to use space x shuttles for their missions

Watching. I am about 40 miles away from KSC. I will step outside when it launches and try and see it.

NASA is receiving less funding so that America can turn over it's glory to a billionaire. They will take over space exploration for us in the end.

I think it's the opposite. Because they're receiving less funding, they're turning to private companies.

    Who is "they"?

Musk is blowing his money on this. He isn't making money from his NASA contracts, is he?

What the hell is SpaceX? And what are they doing up there? Is there still a space station.

Well, he's certainly getting paid for it. He might or might not be making a profit on it. There are claims both ways.

I agree that it's disgraceful that the US government is cutting funding to NASA. However, NASA has no control over that and I think it's a good idea for them to team up with SpaceX rather than sit it out altogether.

It's a plot to inject microchips in every American in order to control us from satellites. Be very afraid.

He's involved in most everything, including trying to destroy the American meatpacking industry so that we will have to survive on his vegetables, fertilized by his Covid-19 "victims".

No, it will eventually be a take over of America's space exploration. We are selling America to the ultra rich.

Sorry, I don't want to hijack this thread.

    Enjoy your launch.
