    Saw SRV twice...definitely very near the top of any shows I've ever seen.

    Interestingly, one of his last shows (while on the 'In Step' tour) was held in Salem, Oregon

    July 20, 1990 L. B. Day Amphitheater - Salem, OR

    I saw a show a couple weeks before that...July 3rd in Vermont. It was SRV and Joe Cocker. So much energy in his music!
