    "The Senators could be forced to move on without No. 1 centre Jason Spezza.

    While he registered two assists against the Penguins Sunday, Spezza left the game in tremendous pain and went quickly to the dressing room 2:57 into the second period holding his right arm after he was nailed into the boards by Pittsburgh defenceman Kris Letang.

    Senators coach Cory Clouston said an update on Spezza's status will be provided on Monday.

    "Jason (has an) upper body (injury). We'll know more (Monday)," said Clouston. "It's a physical game. I haven't looked at the (Letang) hit to give you comment on the hit, but you gotta be ready to take hits and give hits.""
