    • Cliff Kirkpatrick, Corvallis Gazette-Times: Win over Washington helps in momentum going into Civil War: Coach Mike Riley noticed a spring in the step of the players Sunday when they went over game video of the UW game. Players were already ready to begin preparations for the Ducks (9-2, 7-1). They look at this contest as their bowl game.

This is really good for the kids who have not had a lot going for them this year. The UW win was huge and I hope they have a great time at Autzen.

Devian Shelton to Oregon State? Looks like it.
He was here this weekend along with Gilmore & Powe. A really nice get if it turns out to be true, IMO. I checked his FB page for myself and saw that he has, indeed, added "OSU" to his Education info.

    Welcome to Beaver Nation, Devian!

    Per Brandon Sprague:

According to Devian Shelton's Facebook page (3-star safety recruit from Inglewood, CA) he's going to OSU. Via Justin Clark
Rivals rates him #26 nationally at his position. 6th best CB west of Texas. Sounds like a good player to me. I hope he commits for sure.

Too early to call it for Shelton. He'll most likely be a Beav though.
