I didn?t think I?d be decision this early in the playoffs But I?m thinking about the future spurs. What changes need to be made in order for them to win it all next year? Obviously they need offense but who? 1. Allen Iverson 2.Paul Pierce 3.Elton Brand 4.T-Mac(maybe) 5. Jamal Crawford or Tyson in a Trade What Big moves are the Spurs going to make this summer?
The Spurs certainly do need some more offense. I doubt they would get any of those players on that list except for Tracy McGrady. But if anything they need to get a scorer that can give them a good 15-20 PPG. Parker and Manu cant produce 15-20 PPG on a daily basis. I don’t really have anyone in mind, but they should start giving Devin Brown more minutes. He’s proven he can be a scorer for this team, and his performance in the Playoff’s was great. Although, he just a rookie and going to be a sophomore you cant really depend on him a lot, but he should defiantly get more playing time.
Its hard to say T-mac would end up in a Spurs uniform they would have to give up alot of money and vauleable players.Although i would LOVE to see T-mac in a spurs uniform next year that would be like Mike & Scottie. and for sure would dominate the NBA. Devin Brown is going to be a starter sometime next year he has the courage to shoot and the ability to score is the next piece the Spurs need to win it all.

The Spurs have alot of cap room so anything can happen. I doubt he'll end up being on the Spurs. As for Devin Brown. Well if the Spurs can get a good scoring SG, Devin Brown should reamin coming coming off the bench. Him and Manu are a perfect one, two punch off the bench. The Spurs need somene BIG i wouldn't even mind having AI as a 2 guard PG Parker SG AI SF Bowen or Steven Jackson PF Duncan C Camby or someone other than RASHO Bench Ginobli Brown Rasho Hart Horry(but i dont think he will be back) Its not a bad team they just really need offense We all know there going to play defense.
You are ALL forgetting..That devin Brown showed he can score and has a good offensive game..Look for him to see more mniutes next season!
Just simply for versatility and help for the likes of Parker, Duncan, Ginobili and Bowen, I think a serious offensive threat is needed. That means not really getting one in general, but working on their potential for their own. Parker has been awesome this season, but of course we know he'll continue to get better, for them to truly pose as a threat, he must get immediate huge impact. Meaning to become a hell of a shooter to go with that mad handle and speed. You could possibly try and retrieve SJax and Speedy, both could possibly replace Turkgokolu in the starting lineup, particularly SJax. Note that Speedy there wouldn't be too strange. As bad as it sounds, Kobe would be a huge help, he'd be able to compliment the team in a huge way, sure he'd demand a lot of the shots but then again he makes most of them anyway. Lastly TD needs to work on his FT's, they'd be a huge help in all games.
I agree Devin Brown is going to be a great two guard and his experience in the playoffs is going make him better. I dont know if all they need to work on is FG percentage because i thought they did that this year even though it didnt show in the playoffs. I'm still going with a Big contriboter to help TD and PLEASE PRACTICE ON YOUR FREE THROWS TIMMY!!!!
