Well I know everyone is tired of them, but the Sixers are up right now on the Spurs, arguably the 2nd best team in the league. I'm not watching the game, and the Spurs might be napping until the All Star Game, but still. AI has 42 right now, but is shooting bad and ALOT. 36 shots I think right now. I would have been happy if the game was close, but with our players playing pretty bad by the stat sheet and us winning it makes me feel a little better. Just a little.

Great game. An overtime thriller. It was nice to see Sixers basketball back in Philly.

Korver with that amazing shot and then Iggy to tie it up for the two!! Iverson almost had a triple double with 42 points, 9 assist, and 8 rebounds. It looks like we did get a little bit of help from the Refs, but hey a wins a win and I'll take a win over the defending champs anyday. [IMG]

This team is sooo unpredictable. Let's just leave it at that. Also as a footnote. Kyle Korver is officially clutch!

What planet have you been living on? He was clutch a while ago. Old news man.

Great win tonight, but I just cannot get excited about things like this, even if the win was over the defending champion Spurs. Why? Because this team is a rollercoaster. Each game I do not know what team is coming to play that night, or if they are even coming to play at all!

Hopefully we can carry this momentum into tomorrow nights game against Chicago, and enter the ASB with a .500 record. However, with this team, I highly doubt that will happen.

No... a better motto would be: "Beat the defending champions one night, lose to the scum of the league the next!"

That fits more accurately to our season...

They can't beat the Charlotte Bobcats, but they can beat the Spurs? Very unpredictable team.

i agree. i seriously wouldnt be surprised if we played the worst basketball of the season next game, after playing the best basketball last game.
