Is it just me, or did we just witness a bunch of champions responding to the challenge? Everyone seemed to give the Spurs guff when they fell to 9-10, the worst record in their division. Quietly, without making a scene, they went about winning their next 10 games to take the lead in the division. From worst to first. Now they're back in the championship hunt with the other West leaders.

    opinions?

I knew it would happen but not this early.I was expected a 10-15 game winning streak at around february time. The fact Parker has got back to playing his normal brand of basketball and the amazing play of Rasho has helped get the Spurs to 10 straight wins.It is also not only the wins but the way the defense has picked up even more.Saturday game @ Portland was the first time a team has gotten over 80 points against the Spurs in over 6 games. That shows you alot right there.

I don't know how much longer Rasho can keep producing. I question his ability. But yeah, the Spurs seem to be back.

And how they have done it. 13 wins in a row, now, beating out LA's streak easily.

I also expected this. The Spurs always get off the a slow start, but I can't remember a time when they finished with fewer than 45 wins since I was old enough to understand the game. The Champions are baaaaaaack.

I hope we are, I mean i think we are, I just hope Rasho gets into the groove of playing this good, and produce it al season, and in the play-offs, he has suprised me a bit more than i expected, when other players find their roles, we will become champs again, so they better sort it out because we have a tougher schedule coming up!

As long as the team defense stays consistent, as it has the past 13 games (only Portland broke 80.), then we're definitely going to have a very strong run at a repeat. And a 60 win season.
