I'm just reading about our lineup for the spurs game, and it got me thinking. Could our starting lineup beat our second unit? Marcus vs Devin & DA VC vs Hassell & Ager RJ vs Boki Boone vs Swift & Sean Krstic vs Diop I say our bench wins 5 times out of ten.

That's pretty much it. Vince and RJ would tear those 3 a new one.

RJ has a small edge on Boki, but not as big as you guys make it out to be, every other position, the bench has the advantage imho. Another thing that you have to recognise, is that the only defensive threat on the starting 5 is maybe Josh Boone,m while the bench is almost inpossible to score against. . I dont want to argue too much, the point I wanted to make is that we have some very nice depth this time.

Boone's been our most consistent big...hell, our most consistent player this season, since he's started. He's our best defensive player, best rebounder, and he's even great on the pick and roll. Why would Stro start over Boone? Because he can jump 6 inches higher?

He peaked his second year and over the last three years he has only averaged 7.8 points and 4.2 rebounds...which are actually better than his averages this year which are 4.8 points and 3.0 rebounds. Defensively while Swift may be a better shotblocker, Boone is the better overall defensive player... To think Swift will ever win a starting job in New Jersey is just plain ignorant.
