as was rumored. This assclown goes into stretches where he does nothing and he still sucks on draws. Have to believe that rumored Arizona deal was involving Hanzal. Stepan's NTC won't kick in until next year. Hanzal and Stone are UFA's but the Rangers sign guys they want if they have cap space. Yotes blow and have cap space. I could see a Stepan-Klein-Lindberg for Hanzal-Stone-Duclair deal going down. Yes. That big of a deal. Money is not that far apart. To me, it is easier to sign a good, UFA center with offense than it is to find a solid RHD at 26, and a 56% on draws, 45 point top defensive center for a contending team. Hanzal makes no sense for the Yotes at 29. Stone will be 30 by the time the Yotes are any good. Tippet is a defensive minded tool who won't change. Stone is 26 and is a right handed defenseman. That would make our defense younger and better IMO. I think these teams revisit talks if they haven't already. Rangers should also sign back Kegan Iverson. After sucking for years when they drafted him he has figured it out as an overage junior this year. He's a righty who can fly and is 220 lbs. I'd take him back over some of the prospects we have who aren't doing crap. Duclair has his flaws. Defense being one of them but he's a perfect fit with the speed of the team as it is now.
