The Royals are currently 11-0 vs teams they have either already played or have to play in this post season.

    1-0 vs Oak
    3-0 vs Angels
    4-0 vs Balt
    3-0 vs SF (regular season)

They are definitely on a major roll. And even as a Giant fan if they can't win it I'd prefer no team more then the Royals.

Rick, I could be wrong, but if I were a Giants' fan, I would be worried about any starter not named Bumgarner pitching against KC in this series.

I am as I have absolutely no faith in either Hudson or Vogelsong.

Be careful for what you wish for-- depending on Ventura's health status..he had to walk off in his last start from discomfort in his upper legs area....but anyway, his stuff is as good as anyone!

That's why they play the games...Vogelsong and Hudon are VERY HITTABLE...
...both are merely veteran journeymen at this point? lol

Ventura: 97-ish fastball from the 1st to the 7th inn with an absolutely hellish breaking ball.
    Have you seen him?

Giants are good against those guys, its the floppy flam offspead junk dealer control specialist types that seem to vex them.

I'm not supremely confident, definitely nervous about their speed and HR binging, should be a good series

To a certain extent I can see the reasoning with being okay with the royals winning, but only in the context of it is better than the dodgers winning or the cardinals winning. Truth be told, fuck the royals, let's get #3!

Are you ready for some Baseball....? A sweep by KC, who has not lost a game this Post Season, with perhaps, the best Bullpen in BB....lights out Bullpen at that...

Screw those bearded bozos, Sergio Romo too....can you say Home Run, Sweep...break out the brooms, KC in no more than 6, if the lapsed time does not take their wind out of Royal Sails...

I can't help myself Braniac....no offense, just can't help myself....!

Its all good man! There's bound to be some giants fatigue after them being in the WS so often. Should be a good series!

I have no dog in this fight--but it's kinda always nice to see the Cards fall short and just for the sake of those old Brooklyn Bums' fans, I knew a few who were shattered (they told me) when the Dodgers moved to the other coast (for crissakes)....
    ....fuk the Dodgers!

Funny thing, I also knew a couple of old NY Giant fans...from what I've seen..most of them stood by the Giants but the Bklyn Dodger fans latched onto the NY Mutts...er...Mets, with open arms.

So there's no misunderstanding I'll lay it out a bit fuller since you mentioned wooden teeth......

Since you knew GEORGE WASHINGTON personally (age joke), I was asking if you ever tried HIS wooden teeth.

Ah shit, Mon Apologies Rick buddy......shit I look like the fool I can be....LOL...I feel like a horse ass....

I thought you meant G.W. Bush, who I honestly never could stand....I assumed as much, due to a previous post where I laid G.W. out to dry, for a conflict of interest IMHO, with his lobbying Ft. Worth/Dallas/Arlington citizens to buy into the vote to pay for the Rangers New Park way back when. Then G.W. Profiteered big time, with is minor investment, which he wound up with 10 times his investment. The good people of Texass, were fools to buy into his bullshit. Yet, most Texans I knew did not vote for the Oil Tycoon, who also profiteered with Gas Hikes, and G.W. made out again. The story of his life.
    '
I think you can see where I was going, in the wrong direction.

again my Apologies. I almost got it with the Wooden Teeth. Georgio Washington, now that was a GREAT Prez...

Go ahead you may hang me out to dry now......

Actually I liked Cindy Crawford on the 1st issue of JFK Jr's. 1st issue of his Magazine: "George".....

no shit my brother was a guard for her, and ran 2 different 5 and 10 K Runs for Cindy's Charity....he stepped on her heel, and made her tennis shoe come off. Crawford had to stop, put her shoe back on which my Brother, grabbed up, and apologized up one side and down the other.

I begged my Brother, to let me fill in for him. We looked alot alike, could pass for twins, only prob was I have Silver-Grey Hair, and He had Black.....I was also out of shape due to age, and back surgery...... those were the days.....bless His Soul....Fatal Cardiac Arrest at only one week after His 37th Birthday, with 2 Angelic kids..left behind. Then their Mom was hit head on 2 years ago 1 week prior to Xmas, and broke every bone in her body including her neck and is a Vegetable unfortunately.....

but then you know all this, if I recall....!
