Financial terms of the deals were not released.Harris (6-foot-3, 302 pounds) was the Steelers' second of two fourth-round selections (133rd overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft out of Miami (Fla.) while Davis, out of Purdue, was the second of two fifth-round picks (167th overall). Harris and Davis are the second and third draft picks signed by the team this year. Rookie offensive lineman Willie Colon, the team's first fourth-round pick, signed in late May.Harris started 34-of-48 games during his career for the Hurricanes, where he registered 54 quarterback pressures. He was an Associated Press second-team All-American as a senior after posting 40 tackles (18 solo) and producing 3.5 sacks and 11 tackles for losses. Harris earned honorable mention All-ACC twice.Davis (6-6, 260) was the second of two fifth-round selections -- QB Omar Jacobs is the other. Davis played in 49 career games and made 33 starts for the Boilermakers. He finished his career with 78 receptions for 865 yards (11.1 avg.) with four touchdowns.Davis' most productive season was his junior year when he finished with 34 catches for 416 yards and three touchdowns.
