Pacers rookie guard Lance Stephenson hasn't spoken to anyone in the organization since his arrest on assault, menacing and harassment charges this weekend. Stephenson says he heard of team president Larry Bird's statement that was critical of his actions and plans to speak to the team's front office. "I'm just going to try to stay focused," Stephenson said. "I'm going to talk to him, see how he feels about it and I'm going to move forward from it." Prosecutors said Indiana's second-round draft pick pushed his girlfriend down a flight of stairs, then grabbed her and hit her head on the bottom step.
