<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">NY Post - He may not know all the particulars, but Peter Vecsey does know Steve Francis, whose friction of late with coach Brian Hill and consequent two-game suspension is well documented, is on the verge of being sent from Orlando to Denver.

In exchange, the Nuggets would give up Nene and Watson, who would either wind up in New York or Seattle. Obviously, the Knicks would have to surrender one of their youngbloods, preferably a guard, whereas the Sonics are prepared to part with Reggie Evans, Ronald Murray and Vitaly Potapenko. The second wave of talks is linked to Ratliff, Ruben Patterson and Penny Hardaway.

"Everyone is on board with the Francis trade but one team," asserted one of the participants, declining to divulge its identity. "Something's either going to get done or it'll be dead within the next 48 hours."</div>

Wow, its Vecsey though so Im not goint to get all happy or depressed about this till its a more reliable source. Nene and Watson for Francis, I think thats a fair deal only if the Magic recieve someone from Seattle as well. Francis has been an allstar how many times? Stevey's a good player with a bad rep so his trade value is lowering by the day like what happened with Ron Artest.

Well we would get Evans, Flip Murray and Potapenko for Francis essentially is how I'm interpretting it. Here it is all out...

    Orlando recieves:
    Reggie Evans
    Flip Murray
    Vitaly Potapenko

    Orlando loses:
    Steve Francis
    --------------------------

    Denver recieves:
    Steve Francis

    Denver loses:
    Nene
    Earl Watson
    --------------------------

    Seattle recieves:
    Nene
    Earl Watson

    Seattle loses:
    Reggie Evans
    Flip Murray
    Vitaly Potapenko

I kinda like it, honestly. Flip and Evans are both young guys that will fit in pretty nicely around Dwight and Jameer and Dwight should get a lot more shots as we wouldn't get someone back who will take a lot of shots. Seattle to me is the only iffy team in on this. I don't see why they would give up Reggie and Flip for Nene and Earl.
