Better than an umbrella on a rainy day, Lauren Jackson had her team covered.

Needing an offensive rebound to stave off a late try by Minnesota to regain its lead on Wednesday, Jackson cleaned up a Camille Little miss inside to score on the putback and give Seattle a 79-76 win at KeyArena. Lynx forward Charde Houston missed a desperation 17-footer at the buzzer to end the game.

"That stick-back pretty much sealed it for us," Storm point guard Sue Bird said.

But none of it probably would have mattered without the workhorse mentality of Storm forward Swin Cash. Coach Brian Agler said he worked with his team during the preseason to create options for the lanky wing to post-up inside.
