    The Storm were back in blowout mode Friday night, ripping the La Crosse Spartans 77-10 to improve to 6-0 in front of an impressive Arena crowd.

    Chris Dixon, who was held without a touchdown pass in the Storm's last game, a surprisingly close 48-38 win over Omaha, was back to his end zone-invading ways, throwing for six scores and running for two more. But it was the Storm defense that set the tone, forcing five turnovers and three sacks. The Spartans (3-4) entered as the top rushing team in the Indoor Football League, and had some success moving the ball. They gained 195 yards total, 131 on the ground. But their quarterbacks combined to complete only 8 of 24 passes with four interceptions as the Storm were airtight in the red zone.
