Now people watching the Barca Liverpool game were complaining about the Barca players going down, as have Chelsea fans and so forth about arsenal and so on. The fact is in Spain the game is more about skill and passing the ball about (like arsenal do and to a certain extent united do as well). The question i ask is would you prefer to see more matches like how the arsenal kids started yesterday where skill and flair made the game or would you prefer to see big men clatter into each other? When i hear players say I'm going out their to clatter someone i think, how is this guy a footballer, what's hard about whacking into someone, when it takes more work to and professionalism to work on your ball skills rather than taking people out.
Defintely skill. Most of the famous players in the world are the most skillful, not the strongest in the game. Except for cannavarro, the most recent fifa world players of the year hav been skillful players.
