With scholesy getting on in years, not quite getting forward as much (although still managing to easily be my favorite player in world football) all good things do, of course, come to an end anyone else envision Rooney being the natural successor to him? his passing vision, passing ability, tough tackling, determination, team spirit and passion... sounds more lilke an attacking central midfielder instead of a forward aye? Your thoughts or w/e?!?! BTW: Carrack (debatable transfer fee) does look the part now, great two-footed passer, supports scholesy atm well
It's Carrick. He is over-rated, and is shit at passing. Anyone watch the England game? Not consistant at all.
Carrick was pretty awlful in the game because no one else was moving for him. Kyle if you are going to judge him on that game you notice that everyone who played for England that night was absolutley awful. His passing atm is excellent and is working really well with scholes. People who choose to overrate Carrick doesnt know a lot about football.
Haha " Everyone who thinks Carrick is overrated knows nothing about football" So does that mean that no one knows nothing about football except for you.

Carrick oozes quality, and definately merits a place in the England side on that basis but he most certainly needs to improve his consistency with it. Never really in Scholes career has he been subject to so much criticism because of inconsistency, and that is what makes Scholes a world class player. Carrick just has to step it up.
