I'm 17 but isn't it too late to apply to work at a camp?

I worked at Wal-Mart for my first summer job. I was in Lawn & Garden, but they wanted me to be what they call a "Code 1." They do all the heavy lifting, helping people load heavy stuff into their cars, round up buggies, etc.

Try applying with the local Parks and Rec. Shouldn't be too hard and you get to work outside. Or maybe see if you can get into umpirering little league baseball games.Walmart isn't a bad idea either. I work for Sam's Club. I started there in high school and still have the job now in college. Pay is pretty good and the work isn't that bad.

best idea is to just have your parents talk to all of their friends, someone somewhere will be willing to hire an extra hand for the summerMy best friend at the time, his dad is a district manager over the Wal-Marts in my area so I called him up and asked him what I could do.
