Baltimore continues to give the Patriots problems. They always seem to play them tough.

Ravens smash Cheaters down to earth......now, somebody just has to dig a big enough hole!
    Final: Ravens 37 Cheaters 20

Raiders win at home to get back in the PS race...the "pussification" of the NFL continues...between rules changes and over-officious Refs, they are ruining the game. For example, take a look at this and tell me how this was a "personal foul-leading with the helmet"... not only did the Refs get it wrong the first time but did so also even after review. Also, how can a defender lead with their shoulder without also leading with their helmet?...I mean after all, a player's head is ahead of their shoulder.

I have seen this same horrible call made several times in other games, including against the Raiders last week

    110% pure pussification.
Next they'll take away shoulder pads and helmets. The NFL will be placing pylons with caution tape for the quarterback pocket....

Might as well be playing Flag Football, i.e.
    The NFFLA.

Matts, it's really a shame what they've done to the game and Baseball is getting nearly as bad.

    ....^^^^

When I googled: "The Pussification of the NFL".
A plethora of endless articles came up under the "Pussification" of All American Sports including Baseball, Soccer and unbelievably Hockey!, Hockey seriously ?? :nerd: yes, even Hockey Pussification.

Next stop Professional Boxing and amateur boxing will be under siege.

QB's should have to wear Red-Shirts and Hot Pink Crinoline Mini-skirts, along with Chartreuse Leotards. The QB will be considered down, when the first kiss is blown by a Defender 2 feet from the pylons and caution tape.

Here's an article from 2009 on the Pussification of American Sports.

This one blows me away Ron, this was enacted in 2013 in Northern California. Who would want to ever think about Coaching.

The Northern California Federation Youth Football League changed its so-called mercy rule this season to prevent teams from winning by large margins.

    quote:
If a team in the league, which has players between the ages of 7 and 13, wins by 35 points or more, the coach gets a one-week suspension and the team gets fined $200.
