We got wings that can't shoot the 3. We didn't fill the 2 biggest needs of the team, but I like those players. Both can play nice defense...if at least one of them gets a somewhat decent 3-point shot I'd take them over James Jones. I heard Strawberry did a great job defensively vs. LeBron in high school. At least these guys are good, cheap, practice players. Not very impressed with this draft at all though.

It would mean more to me if D'Antoni ever showed any ability at using his bench in a strategic way.

Yeah, im liking the guys that the Suns decided to choose, Tucker and Strawberry look like guys that are willing to work hard, I saw both of them play in college quite a lot and they seem to be able to run the floor quite nicely and if they were to play with the suns right away I wouldn't see any major problems, picking up these guys will probley keep the suns away from looking for point guards so much in the future, which is a good thing of course.

Why is that? We still don't have a point guard and we'll need one soon.

Im just saying that they wouldn't have to be overly stressed about getting a point guard right away and or if they decide they need to look for one soon, because Tucker and DJ can both play the point if needed.

Well ball-handling seems to be one of Tucker's weaknesses, but I heard Strawberry could play it a little bit. I just hope D'Antoni doesn't play Nash 35 mpg again...I bet he will...

Looks like we are trading James Jones to the Blazers with that pick that we gave them. Interesting to see what else we can get. If it's just money, whatever, Jones didn't contribute that much.

I like this tucker kid. If he won big 10 poy over Greg Oden you know he's doing something right.
