The Suns are going to try to continue their three game winning streak tonight against the Nuggets. The Nuggets are different from the ones that the Suns faced last year. No longer are they the team to drag down the pace and make the game into a high 70's to low 80's game. They're going to try to run and gun and get some points on the board. I believe the Nuggets have the worst shooting percentage in the league so that should help the Suns tonight who are on an offensive high. If the Suns offensive excution stays at what it's been the past three games, and if they can keep the Nuggets shooting woes a trend then they should have no problem. Things to look for: Nene vs Amare, can Marion get out of his offensive slide, Carmelo vs Marion, will the Suns' three-headed monster at center keep up their production going against a Nuggets team who is rather weak at center.
It seems Nene is still struggling with his injury Although Francisco Elson has done a soild job replacing him.
I remembered after I pressed enter on whether or not Nene will play. I tried to check the game preview on NBA.com but it didn't say whether or not Nene will play.
The suns just need to take advantage of playing the teams that are having troubles this year. Once they get a few wins under their belt hopefuly they can stay hot and take down some big teams!
Well I guess only Stephon and Amare felt like playing tonight. Marion sprained his ankle two minutes into the game which was a huge blow, but more than likely not a twenty point difference. Basically everything I said in the first post went wrong. Denver decided to shoot the ball decently tonight, the Suns three-headed monster at center didn't squat, Marion had no chance to get over his slide due to injury, Carmelo scored 17 on 6-13 shooting without Marion there to bother him. The only thing that went right was Amare taking advantage of the weak Nuggets frontcourt.
Now this is what you call team basketball Melo 17 Elson 16 Lenard 16 Boykins 15 White 15 Barry 10 Miller 10 Nuggets main frontcourt-Elson had 16 and 10.Camby pulled down 10 rebounds also. You are right their frontcourt is weak.

I would rather have one consistent center than what the three guys the Suns throw at people. Elson has been a pleasant surprise though, a very nice substitute for Nene.
