The Suns play the Magic, a team where the word disappointing would be an understatement. This is must win #2 on the three game homestand for the Suns. The Magic right now are just in some downright turmoil so the Suns need to go out and set the tone early. Just control the game from the start and never look back. They can not afford to allow the Magic to stay in the game. McGrady might come out looking for a big game though, trying to shut the critics up who have been incessant on nitpicking at his game. I really think that this game shouldn't even be close though. The Magic are injury riddled and are under a new coach for the first time tonight (Doc Rivers should join ESPN in the broadcasting booth BTW). Hopefully the Magic down set the pace because then it will become a real sloppy low scoring game. I think the Suns are going to be able to pull off the win though.

Coming from a Magic fan, the Magic are going to be fired up trying to get Johnny a win in his season debut, but I also think that it will be a blowout with the Suns winning. The Magic will continue to brick every shot and stay losing.

Just realized I messed up on the title, the game is on TNT not ESPN. It's been a great game so far. The Magic got off to a quick start but the Suns started to get the game at their own pace. Zarko is coming up big in the first half again and Scott Williams is great at extending the defense with his jumper which allows Marbury to drive so easily. Barbosa is too complacent. McGrady has hit some amazing shots. Suns up 46-43, almost at halftime.

Suns win in another game where virtually everyone contributed. Six players scored in double figures and JJ was on fire the second half. There were some nice highlights in the game and the pace was really what the Suns needed through the first three quarters. The Magic started to get closer when the pace turned in their favor with the low scoring quarter. I like the fact that there weren't many trips to the free throw line in the game. The Suns were horrible rebounding the ball but still manged to get the W. Time to close out the three game home stand against the Heat.
