We've heard the rumors that the Nike Shox are what fucked up Vince Carters knees.

wondering ever since I started using the Reebok Ziggs

, I have been having more problems with my legs/ankle. strained my achillies like twice in the last two months, the last one was bad and my ankle swole up a bit.

Wondering if those shock absorbers are bad. thoughts?

in any case, i think i'm going to switch up to some more "normal" shoes like the Nike Free crosstrainers.

...it is all about the stability, those shoes right there look to be extremely volatile!

First, damn those are some ugly shoes. I was looking at getting those but decided against it.

I've only owned one pair of Shox and it was my senior year in high school and I ran quite a bit in them for baseball practice when it was rainy and we were doing conditioning. Sometimes even on grass that wasn't flat at all and I never had any problems. This despite the fact that I chronically sprain my ankles.

Here's a pair that I just picked up that I haven't really tested out yet, but just wearing them around the house they are comfortable. Any Nike cross trainers will usually do IMO.
