Weird! I have waited longer than that for a rookie cop to figure out how to use her computer to do a wants and warrents check. I got stopped for not wearing a seat belt? But I was, so after the the friggin 20 minutes fooling around she wanted to see my proof of insurance. My wife takes care of that stuff but I know it is in the glove compartment, I pull out three but I can't read them without my glasses which I don't have. She won't help and writes me up for no proof of insurance. Well I have insurance so I call the clerk and find out they can't fix it by State law now, have to go to court.

Man that young lady was a mess by the time I got done with her in court, stopping me for no seat belt but finding that was in error, fucking around for 20+ minutes on a computer then refusing to help and old vet out when he forgot his glasses. I asked her to speak up because I had difficulty hearing a couple time so she damn near had to shout. The cops waiting to work the next cases were all chortling in the court room so I continued until she was about to cry. Then I shut up. The judge apologized for the inconvenience.

They will find something else to make people wait for. No you aren't waiting FOR the dogs, but they are on the way.
