The Court ruled yesterday in favor of a principal that made a student take down a banner that said "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" also said taxpayers can't challenge Bush's faith-based initiatives in a separate decision. Decisions were 5-4 which magnifies even more so that having Roberts and Alito replace Rehnquist and O'Conner is greatly working in favor of the current administration. any thoughts?

There's another recent case in Saskatchewan, where a student was suspended for doing a report on why marijuana is less harmful than alcohol, tobacco, etc. I'll see if I can find the article.

You better watch what yousay, Big Brother is probably watching now. Next thing you know you're going to have a black bag around your head and are going to be shipped off to Gitmo for a few years.
