<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">PHOENIX - Bob Sura's legs bounced nervously, uncontrollably as he sat on the Rockets' bench watching teammates warm up.

His face was hard, his eyes empty. He did not turn his head or change his expression when he finally said what had become obvious: "This is killing me."

Sura then had two more games to serve on the injured list, incarcerated by soreness that developed in his surgically repaired back the day after the All-Star break.

The frustration was evident from the first games he missed. It became worse when he went on the injured list so that the Rockets could make roster moves to acquire Mike James and Moochie Norris to hold down his position and force him to follow doctor's orders.

But the Rockets lost four of his first five games barred from the court, increasing his longing to return to the active roster.

The Rockets' rout of Dallas on Sunday helped. But then another game, Tuesday's win in Seattle brought back his aching desire, as if his last drops of patience drained in his last game certain to be out.</div>

Looks like he'll be starting after all, if what Van Gundy says is true. I really hope he's fully recovered from his injury, or at least can play like what he has been playing like. With the return of Sura, it should really help this team out during these tough road games.

ive read the article in the houston chronicle and he will be playing on friday no matter what, although his back is healed his knee is still a factor and has been a factor ever since mid december but it looks like it isnt holding him back from any of the previous games im excited to see him back but i wish it was on better terms because hes playing against pheonix when he gets back.

i think we have a good chance to beat the Suns this time around thanks to our improved PG depth and the fact that Pheonix has like no depth...

    No depth?

They have McCarty (a starter at Boston) and Jackson (obviously a starter for Houston) both coming off the BENCH. When you have 7 starter caliber players and you're starting 5 are that young, you can consider yourself pretty deep.
