I prefer to remember what Wally World told ESPN.com in October: "We've gotten so much out of the talent we've had here. We've proven the system works. The system's not changing, but now we've got better talent in the system. I'm telling you, we just want to win. We've won 50 games before, but I'm sick of losing in the playoffs, and I know KG is, too."</div>

I think Szczerbiak will fit in well here. He sounds like he wants to do whatever it takes to help the team. Olowokandi will have a harder time fitting in here because he's rusty, he didn't practice much in the preseason, and unlike Troy and Wally he wasn't on the team last year. But Olowokandi will get in his groove, hopefully in time for the playoffs.

Wally World should be a great fit. We need a consistent pure shooter, and he is a great one. But I wonder if he is going to be happy coming off the bench.

Wally simply wants to contribute to the special season we're having. McHale's talked with him, as has Flip. They both told him that if he contributes to the team's continued winning ways, he'll play a big role & get plenty of minutes.

The great thing about solving the minutes 'problem' is that winning keeps people happy & having a shot at winning the Larry O'Brien Trophy puts things into perspective.

Wally definitely needs to get his legs back but from what I've seen thus far, he hasn't lost his stroke. When he's finally in game shape, along with Troy, we're gonna have an awesome amount of firepower.

Tolbert last night said that we've got the deepest bench in the league. That's a night after Kerr said the same thing. They're 2 of the most no-nonsense analysts around so I'll agree with them. [IMG] [IMG]
