T.J. Oshie stuck his nose into traffic and got rewarded twice. David Backes risked his body on the go-ahead goal. It was the kind of dirty work that got the World Series champion Cardinals in the house on their feet. Oshie matched career bests with two goals and three points and Backes scored on his own rebound early in the third period of a 3-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Friday night.
