T-Mac, Putting the C in captain! The Orlando Magic have started a new trend. This season they will have a C stichted onto Tracy Mcgradys Jersey to represent that he is the captain.(as it is in hockey) Do you think this trend will catch on or fade? Is it good or bad?
King James is right, it has been done before, and because of this I don't think it will catch on at all.
Really. What teams have done it. I think its a good idea. They should do that with Yao Ming, cept he is not the Captain.

I dont understand why you included the statement above in your post. This trend has happened before in the NBA and it is nothing new. I dont see the big deal of having the C stamped on the captain's jersey personally.

i don't know any basketball teams that have a C for their captains. i think it might catch on. yao, shouldn't be a captain.
some teams have the black stripe by there neck on the jersey representing captains...and the "c" on mcgrady's jersey must stand for cocky because he sure as hell shouldn't be a captain
y do you say that? who else deserves to be captain of the magic? noone else, since da is gone. he's cocky, but he's arguably the best player in the league. he should definetely be captain.

I wasnt talking about Hockey or Baseball, stupid. I mean basketball, no other team in the History of the league has had a C to represent the captain on the jersey. As for T-Mac being the captain, I dont know but the only other vets were Juwan Howard and Andrew Declerq. T_mac is cocky but there is nothing wrong with that, but Drew Gooden is going to crush T-Macs cockyness, for the Magic to win they need Drew. T-mac has proved that he cant win a series by himself. He is not arguably the best baller thats Tim Duncan and KG . At the best T-Mac is the 3rd best in the league.

Yao, I've read a lot of posts that "banned members" made (just to see how far I can go), and this is exactly how it starts. You can argue with a mod, and even say things that tip-toe the line, but I don't think you know how to do that yet. I think you should edit your post.
