I guess during the owners meetings in FL there has been some talk about a potential expansion. Not sure how you feel about it but I think that would not be smart move. The league is gaining in popularity but it's a super slow growth in the US. Instead of expanding (especially to Vegas), I think it would be a better idea to move some of the struggling franchises to more supportive markets. Take the Panthers out of Florida and move them to Quebec City. And MAYBE if they truly believe Vegas could be a good city the only team that makes sense to me is the Coyotes.
