No sense of urgency to put the game away.

They have played well so far. They actualy never score 5 on 3. I dont know why it is so difficult to execute it but whatever. We just have to accept that...LOL
Start loving that kid Vesey. Thank god. He looks like a real deal.

So far so good. Forward speed much to much for tampa and thats without kreids being out there. Raanta looks good. Vesey absolutely the real deal and looks like could end up among the top scorers on rangers this year. Didn't like the 5 on 3 and didn't look like pirri or skjei were on at all for the entire 5 on 3 if I remember correctly which doesn't make sense and if so probably the reason too much passing instead of getting more pucks on the net. Not much too complain about tonight. The rangers look good.

Hat trick for Grabner and a 6-0 lead.

Wow, Grabner with the hat trick. So far Gorton signings have paid off.

Who was the player I wanted at the deadline? Grabner. And in FA. Grabner. Would have been different in the playoffs with him. I think it would have at least gone 7 vs. Pitt if they got him.

Unlucky bounce for Raanta ruins his shutout but an excellent performance tonight. Hayes continues to look good as well.

This game proves that lundqvist does not have to play so many regular season games at this point in his career. 50 games should be enough for him. Keep him fresh for the playoffs.

Let's say it like it is. Lundqvist is closer to middle of the pack now than elite. I would not be surprised to see him be a backup after another couple of years.

Hank usually has slow starts. Not need to be writing his eulogy just yet. The biggest issue I've always had is his cap number. Should at the very least be $500K lower if not $750,000.
