Tampa Traded their 6th rounder for Luke McCown of the Cleavland Browns, I Have no Idea what Gruden is doing!

Why do they need him? They already have Sims and Smith

Tampa's starting QB this year is going to be Brian Greise. Who played very well last season. Him and Carnell Williams and Michael Clayton are going to be a great trio for the next couple of years.

Hopefully Gruden sent Brian Griese to "leadership camp" this off season... Maybe one of those business type seminars would help him out in the locker room more.

Whats wrong with his leadership. Of course it won't match a Favre but it can't be that bad.

In denver they werent happy with his leadership skills, also he was the kind of guy who couldnt get out of a hole in games if I remember correctly.

Well that is when he was a lot younger. He has matured a lot over the past 3 seasons and the Bucs are going to be a dangerous team this year.

I think pack attack thinks a QB should be able to lead in tough situation, like when your underhanded deals are falling apart in last seconds of game, and then you lay down and give up that sack

I agree that Griese has probably matured. No one in Tampa seemed to have a problem with him last year.

That's a lot different than his stints in Miami and Denver when no one liked him.

He could be a sleeper fantasy QB this year, worth picking up late if there's no one else really jumping out at you.

WOW again Favre has torched the Bears in his career so maybe it would be best for you to hope the Bears and Rex Grossman last for an entire season before you talk.

It's a running joke between BF1 and I... I run it through my s*** filter now and pretty much ignore all such references. [IMG]

You know, usually I sit back and marvel at how easily you can tie this in to any conversation, but this one was kind of a stretch...

    My score: 4/10

Keep up the good work, it was a tough one to handle. [IMG]
