The changes would end Bradway's five-year run as the Jets general manager. It is expected that he will now take a prominent role in the team's scouting department.Tannenbaum, a New York native, will take over after nine years in the Jets organization serving as a director of player personnel and senior vice president, among other responsibilities.During his tenure as senior VP of football operations and assistant general manager, Tannenbaum was responsible for overseeing the team's pro personnel department, professional scouting, and contract negotiations. He also helped managed the team's salary cap.Prior to joining the Jets in 1997, Tannenbaum spent two seasons in the NFL as a player personnel assistant.
