It's a combination of poor writing and poor reading. What she's actually saying, I believe, is that the healthcare tax will increase education costs (because the schools will have to pay the tax). She's not saying the healthcare tax will go to schools. It's exactly the opposite. Also, note the R after her name? That stands for Regressive, not Progressive. barfo
