Taylor hurt in practice <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">GALVESTON -- Maurice Taylor never felt better, quicker or more agile -- until he felt something pop. After an offseason in which he pushed himself into the best shape of his career with the sole motivation of avoiding injuries, Taylor dislocated his left shoulder Saturday on the second day of Rockets training camp. Other than showing no fractures, tests on Saturday were inconclusive. An MRI was performed Saturday, and additional tests are scheduled for this morning.</div> Full Article: http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/s.../bk/bkn/2138292 This really bites. I hope the injury isn't too serious and it doesn't require him to be out too long. The Rockets need him healthy in order to have that great depth. I hope he gets well soon. On an optomistic note, at least this injury happened now then during the season. Hopefully this will be his only injury this year.

The Chronicle was posted this morning so your information is the most current. 2-3 weeks is not to long at all to be out for a shoulder injury.
The Houston Chronicle is now reporting that Taylor will miss 3-4 weeks. He is hoping to be ready to play in the opener on the 30th against Denver. This is very good news for Rockets fans. http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/s.../bk/bkn/2139678
Same old swan song for Taylor. He will never be healthy and he's the worst rebounding PF in the league.
Today, Mo Taylor was back working out. He didnt participate in the team workouts, however he did a lot of excercising, especially strenth training. This is a good sign. It now looks as if he might be back in 1-2 weeks time.
