Re: Team's MVP? I opening up the floor to anyone for this question. This year, in your opinion, who was your team's MVP, and why?
Re: Team's MVP? Paul Pierce - 4-32 without him and 20-26 with him (a lot of those games were when he returned from his injury and wasn't 100%)the team really fell apart when Pierce went down..he's our MVP and has been for years
Re: Team's MVP? Whats the point of asking this? IMO its the best player on each team. Every raptor fan will say Bosh. Every Celtic fan will say Pierce, and every mavs fan will say Dirk. There are important role players to go along with them. But without those guys, those teams would be nothing. So in essence, your just asking everybody, whos the best player on your team?
Re: Team's MVP? Tracy McGrady for the Rockets. Without him they were 2-8, with him they were 50-22. When Yao went out he carried them to a 21-10 record, and averaged 28PPG on 46% shooting in that span. He has been incredible all season, and IMO a top 3-5 candidate for MVP.For the Nets, it's Jason Kidd. He is the glue that keeps the team together with his amazing all around play; rebounding, playmaking, defense, clutch play, and leadership. Without him, even if everyone else was healthy, probably wouldn't make the playoffs.
Re: Team's MVP? For Sixers Iverson, and when he left Iguodala of course.Denver Melo was top 3-5 in league in MVP before the fight.

It is the player that was the most valuable to your team this year. Now of course the superstar of the team usually wins the MVP award, but MVP in my opinon, more is a role player, or the guy that dose the little things to get the team a victory. That would be Tayshaun Prince. His long arms allow him to athletically block alot of shots, play good defense and he is an underrated shooter. He can also attack the basket at relentless will if let loose. But I guess if you are looking at best player, that would have to be Chauncey Billups. He is the leader, plain and simple.
Re: Team's MVP? I think it's a tough choice for the 76ers... but it is between Andre Miller and Iguodala, so I'd give them co-MVP's.
Re: Team's MVP? Caron Butler, amazing slashing, hustle, un-stopable mid-range game, and consistency really give the Wizards their identity.

Also shows that it was not AI passing bad, but guys not finishing.

Re: Team's MVP? I would say Iguodala, though Miller should be taken into consideration.Serge, it is that much of a shock? Miller clearly contributes a lot to the team, without him, we F*cked nig.

Iggy would still put up the same #'s if not better with out Miller. Cause with out Miller Iggy would have the ball more.
Re: Team's MVP? Steve Nash. Everyone contributes and is very important to the team, especially Amare who really helped us improve this year, but Nash runs everything. He's the team leader and best player and without him we would be fighting for one of the last playoff spots.
Re: Team's MVP? Eric Snow, without him our offense would run better and we would have a better overall offense and someone who can shoot the ball. He has to be the MVP of this team.
