    Looks like Childress is going to put his own staff in place.

    Vikings Defensive coaching job is like a part-time job that someone would do over the summer.

    All these changes - its leaving me dizzy.

    I guess if you are going to change out the coaching staff you should go all the way, but next year the Vikings will go into the season with unproven coaches at the head coach position, OC, DC, linebackers coach, offensive line coach, special teams coach, and several other positions.

    I know that Tomlin, the Bucs D-backs coach for the past 5 years, has an impressive resume (as will all the candidates, I'm sure), but you can't expect a team to react well when every coach they knew is suddenly gone and replaced with a coach who is in his first year at that position. It just isn't going to happen.

    I'm waiting to see which new coach is a bust.
