Los Angeles Daily News - A report on foxsports.com said the Angels are offering Ervin Santana and minor-leaguer Erick Aybar in exchange for the Baltimore Orioles' Miguel Tejada. The report also said the Angels had the second-best offer for both Carlos Lee, who was traded to the Texas Rangers on Friday, and Ben Broussard, who was obtained by the Seattle Mariners last week. Aybar was said to be the centerpiece of both of those deals.

Orioles should do that. Ervin Santana has a ton of potential and could be a great player, and Tejada has a huge salary. Plus, Miguel doesn't even want to play in Baltimore. It would help both teams out.

Hmm, Ervin Santana does look very promising, but Tejada is a bigtime superstar and arguably the best Short Stop in the league. It's not a bad deal, but even though Tejada doesn't want to be there I think they should probably hold out for more.

Looks like Tejada is staying in Baltimore for a year or more.
