Sebastian Telfair has decided to pick up the $2.7 million option on his contract with the Cavaliers for next season. Telfair's agent, Andy Miller, informed the Cleveland Plain Dealer of the decision on Saturday, but the paperwork has yet to be filed. Everything is expected to become official next week.
