This team has 3 guys that are capable of leading the team to victory, Arenas, Hughes, and Dixon. We are missing 2 of these guys and are relying on Gilbert to win the game for us. I am totally disappointed with Jamison. The guy just stands at the 3 point line and hoists jumpers all day, we need him to start taking it to the hole and give us the Jamison that a few years ago dropped 50 on back to back nights. I love this team, but aside from Arenas, Hughes and Dixon we need someone else to step up and be a leader on this team before we find ourselves watching 8 other eastern conference teams make the playoffs. I'm calling out Kwame, Jeffries,Jamison, and Hayes to step up and contribute before Gilbert plays himself into an injury.

Dixon..no..wrong...incorrect...negative..no way...never...nuh huh....nunca...do you understand that? Juan is by far one of our most inconsistent players. I agree with Jamison... . I really don't like him at all. How can you even judge Kwame yet? Once again you get the and a . He has been out all year with an injury man..call out Jared Jeffries, Antawn Jamison, Jarvis Hayes...players that have played all year...not Kwame who has only played 2 or 3 games at 100%. I do agree with one thing though, Gilbert really needs some damn help out there.
You'll get over Jamison Matt don't worry it won't last long. Jamison get your head in the game. Your my man but, damn dude 3-15? SHoulad stopped shooting like after 10 shots. The one thing that kind of ticks me off about Arenas is that he doesn't just let things fall into place sometimes he forces it. But I am so happy for his success, and there is really no one I might want out there to take over a game this season.

Kwame hasn't been put in the offense yet, so we can't expect him to be scoring, then their's Haywood, Etan, Blake, Hayes, and it's tough. Dixon the bench scorer is out, so that doesn't help. Arenas said for the first 4 minutes of every quarter, he looks to try and get his teamamates involved, and if nothing is working out, he starts to take over. It's tough when your PG is your best scorer. Hughes should be back next game, and as Kwame starts getting put into the offense, we should see a bigger improvement in the teams play. I hope Jamison is able to take advantage of his size over other SF's, and get himself inthe post rather than being such a jumpshooter. The team will be fine.

I don't think Neville is saying Juan is an all-star type team leader or anything, I think he's saying that just the attitude that Juan brings once he hits the floor changes the flow of the game. Have you been watching the Wizards games? He's our spark off the bench, when we're struggling offensively he usually comes in & makes things happen. Juan is one of the only guys on the team other than Larry & Gil that has come in & changed the outcome of the game in our favor. On some nights he may only score 6 points but those 3 shots alone wake up the offense. He knows & accepts his role, he doesn't complain about not playing enough & he works hard when he comes in. I certainly hope we keep him around to come off the bench. It's easy to judge Kwame, he's got great natural talent but he's an underachiever, in the past he's been lazy. He looks too much for the refs to bail him out when he should just be taking it strong. I'll call him out, I'll call him out to act like a big man & just get some damn rebounds & put backs....thats not asking alot for a 7 footer. By the way, I'm not a Kwame hater, I actually like him. I'm encouraged by his play from last game, his summer workout (till he got injured), the fact that he got back into shape fast during the season & his attitude about accepting his role on this team. He's moving in the right direction. Hopefully he gains confidence from that last game, we really need his D & rebounding.

When he have big leads and he is in the game, they seem to get smaller because he shoots to much. If he could become more consistent then I would say Hell yeah to Dixon, but he is far too inconsistent and it hurts us a lot also. Sure, he is our best bench option, but that isn't saying much at all because we haven't had a solid, consistent bench player all year. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">It's easy to judge Kwame, he's got great natural talent but he's an underachiever, in the past he's been lazy.
