Not since a home victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in 1999 have they met a division foe on Kickoff Weekend. Tennessee hopes to pick up where it left off in 2006 within the AFC South. The Titans won games against the Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans and Jaguars in consecutive weeks to end their divisional schedule and give them the best divisional record in the AFC South at 4-2.</font></div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"> </div><p align="center"><font size="1">LAST WEEK Last week the Titans wrapped up their preseason with a 30-14 home victory over the Green Bay Packers. The win gave the Titans a 3-1 record in the preseason, their best preseason mark since a 3-1 record in 2004. The majority of the starters played into the third quarter of the game, including quarterback Vince Young. For the second consecutive week, Young passed for a touchdown and ran for another score in the first half. His game totals included 96 yards and one touchdown on 11-of-16 passing, as well as 12 yards and a touchdown on two rushing attempts. For the second consecutive week, LenDale White started at running back and led the team in ground yards. He totaled 58 yards on 15 carries, while Chris Brown continued his productive preseason with 42 yards on seven carries to give him a team-high 170 yards and a 5.3-yard average in the preseason.</font> </p><div align="center"> </div><p align="center"><font size="1">THE JAGUARS </font><font size="1">Like the Titans, the Jaguars earned a 3-1 record in the preseason and won their last three games. They finished the preseason with a 31-14 win over the Washington Redskins in a game in which very few Jaguars starters played. Starting quarterback David Garrard did play the first three series of the game before back-up Quinn Gray finished the contest. Head Coach Jack Del Rio, now entering his fifth campaign with the Jaguars, has led his club to three consecutive seasons with a .500 record or better, including an 8-8 mark in 2006. Del Rio’s defensive unit was ranked second in the NFL last season, allowing opponents an average of only 283.6 yards per game.</font></p><div align="center"> </div>
