Well I read in another topic that dribbling with a tennis ball improves your ball handling. Is it true that it really helps? Also, can anyone tell me some drills and stuff to do for my left handed game while my right wrist heals?

It's true, Steve Nash always dribbled a tennis ball around as a kid.
QUOTE

Also, can anyone tell me some drills and stuff to do for my left handed game while my right wrist heals?
Keep it simple, Just do some layups on both sides with your left hand.

Its kinda like football, some recievers use a under sized and heavier football in practice, that shoot out of those machines. Then when it comes when using a real football, it's much easier

I tried this the other day, and it worked pretty well.

When gametime came, the baseball just didn't seem as fast.

You could also hit the tennis ball with a tennis racquet. That's fun also.

Well, I'm already a pretty good ballhandler, but I guess it can't hurt to try the tennis ball scheme.

It will only have a really good effect if you don't look down, dribble without looking at the tennis ball, and do it with both hands.

Yeah, I've tried it for like 20 minutes, the ball seems so big and easy to keep control of after you dribble a tennis ball.

:HAHAHA: I kept losing the ball every few dribbles. I began looking down, but caught myself... It's not working for me. I don't really need it anyway. Honestly, I have great dribbling skills.
