Terrence Jones was arrested at approximately 2:00 AM on Wednesday morning after police claim he yelled at a homeless man and stomped on his leg in Portland, Oregon. The victim, 46-year-old Daniel John Kellerher, received a minor leg injury and did not require immediate medical attention, Simpson said.
