I had kind of forgotten about Terry Porter. I thought he was a pretty good head coach during his first stint in the NBA with the Bucks. It was just really short - two years. He may have a tough job replacing D'Antoni but he has a nice roster to work with, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I remember there were discussions about who should be the Warriors next head coach and I think Terry Porter would had been a nice selection. But now he is in Phoenix where he should do pretty well I think. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3431024
What is his style like? I didn't pay much attention to the Bucks back then, except for Michael Redd and Ray Allen.

But I thought he was pretty successful with what he had. I was confused why the Bucks had such a quick axe on him. But he was a former player and he seems pretty professional. Maybe he's like a Byron Scott. I am not sure though, to be honest. But he was also a PG and a pretty solid one, and I would have liked to see what he could have done with Baron and Monta and this crew. But I love Nelson, so this would have only been if we got rid of him, of course.
