Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, ending his season, and the team signed quarterback Kellen Clemens. Schaub hurt his right foot in Houston's win over Tampa Bay on Nov. 13. He met with several doctors, including a specialist in Charlotte, who determined he'll need season-ending surgery on the Lisfranc injury.
