Re: "Thank You" Letter to Oklahoma City I can't thank Oklahoma City and their fans enough for supporting the Hornets throughout these past two seasons. The NBA expected New Orleans to be one of the worst teams for years to come, and having to relocate didn't help their cause. But Oklahoma were behind the Hornets every step of the way and showed that they cared. The first game played at the Ford Center resulted in a huge blow-out. The Hornets celebrated their first win of the season as they prevailed 93-67 over the Kings back on November 1st, 2005. Ever scince then, the Bees have been playoff contenders, something that wasn't expected after coming off a 18-64 season a year before. I really hope that the Ford Center can host another team in the upcoming years. If the NBA ever decides to expand, Oklahoma will be highly considered. So once again, it has been a great two years, and I thank the city that introduced Chris Paul to the league. The Hornets may be off to New Orleans, but they will cherish their temporary home for years to come. :drunk: :worthy: :dribble: :happy0144:  :cry2: These are the emotions I have endured while I enjoyed watching exciting games in Okla City.
