With all the drama with TKO returning I've forgot to thank the Panthers. Thank you for that last second drive win against the Lions. Although I don't agree that the NFC North has no shot of winning a playoff game it's always nice to see the Lions suffer a close and heartbreaking loss.

that was an ugly game...8 turnovers, 20 accepted penalties(more flags were thrown), and 4 fumbles that weren't lost...the panthers couldn't get the run game going, yet again...time of possession was 32:03 to 27:57 in favor of the lions, yet they still lost...carolina let a team that is 20th in scoring offense, 30th in total offense, and 18th in total defense scare the pants off of them...this after the come from behind win against arizona last week...not inspiring a lot of confidence in me right now...some things have to change before they hit division play...otherwise, they will be watching the playoffs from home...

don't think i am downplaying a win...they showed character on the last drive, especially when wienke came in, and won it...but they need to learn how to put teams away instead of waiting to get into gear only when the game is on the line...

It is strange that although Minnesota are terrible this year, they still could snatch the North!

But to stay on topic .... GO Panthers!
